Creamed Broccoli and Mushroom Soup
A soup that brings warmth and joy during cold and rainy days.
Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup milk powder dry, non-fat
- 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup 10.75 oz
- 2 dashes hot sauce
- 1/8 tsp black pepper ground
- 1 dash garlic powder
Instructions
- Ina large pot, mix the water, broccoli, mushrooms, and butter.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 5 minutes until broccoli is tender.
- Mixin milk powder, soup, hot sauce, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Continuecooking, stiffing frequently until heated through.
